13th September 2026 Have not posted in what seams like an age.

 I set up this blog in 204 and have not posted in what seams like an age.

I feel that every time I try to take one step forward I am taking ten back.

So I will work from then and try to get to zero and then one.

So fist things fist my health so willm attend all medical apointments and then go from their.
